HANDLING AND TRANSIT TIME AND ORDER CUT-OFF TIME:
Under normal circumstances, the order will be processed and shipped within five days after receiving the payment. If there are special circumstances, we will notify the customer by email.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information. Please Note - We do not ship to PO boxes.
NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. You will understand that these delays are beyond our control.
Shipping Status:
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages (if applicable)
Hipstersbuy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages whose delivery is confirmed to the address entered for an order. Upon request, Hipstersbuy will confirm delivery to the address provided, delivery date, tracking information, and carrier information for the customer to investigate. If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order ships. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
